RENTAL NOTES

	A 25% non refundable deposit of total rental is required to secure booking
	The balance is to be paid 8 weeks prior to departure
	Damage deposit of £150 required on final payment - refundable after agent checks the apartment
	Starter Pack available on request at approx 15€ - payable to agent on arrival. Receipt given
	Changeover day is flexible
	Clean linen and towels supplied
	Arrival 4 pm onwards, depart by 10am, flexible dependant on other bookings

	A 45€ fee is payable to agent on arrival for cleaning and laundering at the end of your stay. 55€ for 5/6 people or for use of sofa bed
	An additional payment of 10€ will be payable to agent if arrival/departure between midnight and 8.30 am
	Mid-holiday change of bedding and towels (if requested) - 30€, payable to agent or to be laundered by guests themselves
	4 Beach towels can be hired at a cost of 10€ p.w. - payable to agent
	Baby travel cot can be hired can be hired at a cost of 15€ p.w. or part of - payable to agent (Note: Conforms to British and EU Standards). Own bedding must be supplied
	Hire of Golf Clubs (right handed) - 30€ p.w. or part of, plus 50€ deposit. Tees or balls not supplied

Cancellation / refunds
up to 8 weeks - deposit retained
4 - 8 weeks - 50% refunded
2 - 4 weeks - 25% refunded
Less than 2 weeks - no refund

Sorry - No smoking and no pets .

We are not liable for damage/loss/theft of clients' possessions either inside or outside the apartment. It is the responsibility of clients to ensure that they have adequate travel insurance cover.

There are residents who live at Fontana and it is expected that clients will respect the peace of those residents and other holidaymakers and therefore not cause undue nuisance.
